Finally dried up enough in this area at least to get my heating cables buried. Now to finish building the hoop house and set up the lighting and heating systems. Aiming for a 2nd week of May planting depending on weather.   Saturday, April 20 View Page Hoop house coming along. Going to finish it tomorrow with the final plastic, door, and a heater. Planting the 2037.5 Crews tomorrow. Next weekend planting the father which I finally chose as the 1299 Terwin. Pretty orange pumpkin. Has 2350 Gienger x 1885.5 Werner genetics. Need to build a hoophouse for that pumpkin tomorrow.   Sunday, April 21 View Page The 2037.5 Crews seeds are in the house on the heatmat after planting them. Hoop house is completed.   Thursday, April 25 View Page 1st of the two 2037.5 Crews has shown up. Now that I have a hoop house and heating cables it's a little later than I should have done. But for 1st attempt I have to be pretty grateful.   Friday, May 17 View Page 2037.5 Crews doing alright. 1299 Terwin getting over the legginess. Freezing temperatures tonight. Heat lamps and heaters set up.
