Here is 1 sprouted. If I manage to grow full size potatoes from them, I have to make sure they are not poisonous and without a lab, that is done by a taste test. Preferably baked or roasted with nothing added. Will do next Spring for a reason. "Health Canada has established a health-based maximum level of 20 mg total glycoalkaloids per 100 g (fresh weight) of potato tuber. This maximum level is applicable to all potatoes that are commercially sold in Canada." By the way it takes a lot to do any harm , so taste and if it is bitter, spit it out.
