Today is day 72 for Cole Hocker the Pumpkin. He finally passed the Slunger (which is 4 days older) last week. Now they are cruising along together at a nice, steady 20 pounds a day pace. Both have super healthy 1200 square foot plants & are comfortably growing in the greenhouse. I am comforted by how they keep plodding along. Then I stop and think about what they will become if they can just average an inch a day for the next 30 days & I become quite anxious! I look forward to contest time!
