No frost yet and the cover crop is liking the mild wet conditions that we’ve had lately. I was late sending in my fall soil sample and am waiting for the results. I’m assuming that the regular lineup of nitrogen, potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese might need balancing, but by the look of the cover crop of course I could be wrong. In any case, we will retest in the spring anyways but I like to know how the soil tests before the fall and winter set in.
