July 9th. These plants have been systemically drip fed nothing but Fungicide, Insecticide, and diluted OXIDATE 5.0 for the last month.
And there are 6 yds of aged steer manure in the 29ft x 18ft areas allotted for the FP's. The plants seem to love it.
Hopefully it turns into a cool 70-ish late summer, so that the Field pumpkins will grow longer without maturing too fast.
The 5 mid season diluted drip irrigation feeds of OXIDATE 5.0 are for suppression of fusarium, pithium, verticillium wilt and Phytophthora. time will tell.
