Grower Diary of the Year Contest

What makes a good Grower Diary? This is a very subjective question. Some people like educational posts, some like great photos (oriented the right way), timely posts are nice too. Having a complete story of your growing season from seed selection to weigh-off maybe? What about a grower diary with YouTube videos? One thing is for sure, we ALL benefit when there are lots of good Grower Diaries to go through and learn from. For the 2024 growing season you will get a chance to vote for the BEST Grower Diary of the year!

I am happy to announce the BigPumpkins.com Grower Diary of the Year contest for 2024! There will be prize packages awarded to the top three Grower Diaries for 2024. Winners will be chosen by YOUR votes! So get out there and grow a GIANT! Document the season in your Grower Diary. Be creative, tell a story!

Voting for the GDOTY will begin on October 1, 2024 and end on October 31, 2024 8:00 PM eastern.

Rules

The contest rules are as follows:

  1. Must have a Grower Diary on BigPumpkins.com for 2024 to get votes
  2. Top three winners based on total votes from BP users will win prize packages
  3. Must have an active Premium Membership on 10/31 to be eligible for prizes
  4. If a non-Premium grower wins, prize package will shift down to next highest vote total that is Premium
  5. In the event of a tie, prize packages will be divided among the winners
  6. Prizes packages are subject to change and substitutions
  7. Must have had a grower diary to vote! (must have at least 5 entries in past 20 years!)
  8. Do not create secondary BP accounts just to vote (votes from SPAM accounts will not count)
  9. Vote for up to three grower diaries (can vote for yourself)
  10. Voting will start on October 1st and end on October 31st
  11. Rules are subject to change
