I'm getting a lot of aphids, mainly on the older leaves of my plants. Is there an easily available product that is effective controlling them? Triazicide (Lambda Cyhalothrin) doesn't seem to have much effect. Thanks, Charlie

I've had the same problem here, and I used a solution of "Ambush" with some dish soap thrown in, and it worked fine (just watch the dilution rate, or it'll burn your leaves). I've also heard Merit works well if you don't have Ambush where you are.

Neam Oil gets them two ways....the oil smothers them while the natural insecticide, in it, will kill them. Aphids will quickly become resistant, to repeated non-oil base spray use. Soapy water is an oil base spray.
Give Google the word aphid and read up.
