My wife loves chunky super hot salsa, I dont want to keep buying it when I have giant tomatoes coming out my yan way, can some on this't list give me a simple a simple recipe to use my tomatoes & satisfy her desire ? JUDY I need you or any one else that can direct me. Please

Here's one from the Recipes from the Garden page. I made the "warm" version and it was awesome. I can only imagine how hot it would be with the additional peppers!

my mom just made it for the first time this year, canned salsa. it's pretty mild but i'm sure you could add more peppers to spice it up, email me if you want the recipe.

Brian & Gary you hit it on the head. I've made about 6 batches so far this season ( I've been getting about 1 1/2 - 2 gallons per batch this year). This season I've mixed in some Cherokee purple 'maters & it made it taste even better........Paul

Each year at Christmas my wife will make up hundreds of buckeyes & I'll give out 1/2 quart jars of salsa & a dozen buckeyes as Christmas gifts to my buddys at work. And the salsa & buckeyes never make it till the end of the day.
