Today I loaded my 1260 Weir on my trailor and had some trouble figuring out how the bottom strap goes around the bottom of the pumpkin and secures, what kind of knot if any do you tie? Do you tie a slip knot because it has to tighten up so the pumpkin dont fall through it? The straps that come down from the lifting ring, how do you tie that into your bottom strap of the pumpkin? My bottom strap would end up to lose or to tight when we would first start lifting then have to start all over again. We only had to lift it a few feet for me to back my trailor under it. I think if it would have had to be lifted higher Im not sure it would have hung on. The pumpkin was loaded safe and sound although I dont want to take this chance with my bigger 2 pumpkins tomorrow when loading them.Just wondering if anyone has some good pictures or detailed instructions of the best way to have your straps on the pumpkin when lifting. Any help before tomorrow night would be great! Im using 2 inch straps for loading.

Thanks, Brooks

The knot you need is a square knot. It will slip not. The Boy Scout....teaching aid, right over left and left over right.
