Hello everyone! The Windsor Pumpkin Festival is proud to announce that Martha Stewart has confirmed her attendance and participation in this years 6th Annual Pumpkin Regatta. And yes, she will be inside a pumpkin and will paddle in the first heat. The Dill's will be supplying and preparing her pumpkin for her while Howard will be chatting, catching up on her news, and eating some pumpkin delicacies. This will all be for a segment of one of her shows to air in the future. Ryan Anderson (NS Transplant) will be put in her division and hopes to beat her to the finish line. Or at least he will give it his best paddle! This will definately be Windsor's best attended regatta with expected crowds of up to 10,000 people. Oh my nerves...

I got an email from one of her show coordinators that she was triing to find giant pumpkin growers to be on a show from the tri state area. Anyone else get this email??? I had wrote her though an email online and I think they were thinking of doing it.

Moe, I forgot to ask if Diana could somehow conceal an anchor in that pumpkin you're preparing for Martha? I had a hard time in Danny's pumpkin last year, and my pumpkin is even bigger this year. I'm willing to risk it, but I'll never hear the end of it if I get beat by Martha Stewart. If I don't beat her I'm faking a heart attack or something.

See Eddy's post above. I believe by pushing her in the lake will be your only chance of beating her! Danny has the "perfect pumpkin" for her and last years paddling champ, Leo Swinimer Sr. has been asked to give Martha paddling tips. You better watch out.

michelle, nobody as cool as martha comes to ohio's regatta (heck we cant even get the canton repository to come) but you should come and boat your pumpkin on the 16th.

And an update. Martha's going to kick my....blossom end. We lifted my pumpkin today. Looks like she split on it's concave bottom. Son of a...! I'll see if I can find another ride, but it's not looking good.

Hello- just read "lady Moe's post" and would like to clarify a few things - Martha will be attending the Windsor-West Hants Pumpkin Regatta, and will be staying at Danny's and Carol's house because Carol does need some advice on what to do with the main bathroom , which Danny keeps telling her looks fine. They will together cook up a scrumptious turkey dinner, fit for the whole neighborhood, and in between kitchen and bathroom duties, Martha and Danny will take a trip to the farm to see what excting decorating tips she can provide for Halloween. Martha's pumpkin presently measures 320 inches OOT and is of course a perfect orange color. It will be a good thing. Martha, we can't wait for you to arrive.
