We have had better weather in the last 2 weeks, than we have had most of the summer. We have boken records all week. Yesterday was 68 degrees F. Our normals are minus 15 C for a low and zero C for a high. Simply great, and we haven't had any rain or snow in over a month. Great for the Great White North. Oh ya 2 years ago, it was Minus 29 . Mild and clear in BC. We've had low fog for over a week but that will clear out today and be nice for another few days before the rain sets in again. Snow in the local mountains so skiing and boarding is open.

14 degrees and snow flurries. Easy on the turkey out there. Remember what happens to a pumpkin when we over feed it.

We chased the bears and the bears chased us, for the past three days, in North Central Pennsylvania. Temperatures ranged from 15 degrees, to 40 degrees, with light snow. Neither team won a thing, to brag about. The turkey day was a great restfull family tradition following a body building and breaking down mountain bear hunt outing. I failed my test as a Wildlife Controll Specialist.

Heh, North Shore Boyz, out in Abbotsford it has been beautiful sunny weather! There's been fog over Vancouver this whole time, but not further up the valley! It's been just gorgeous here, almost like summer.

Thats good Russ. I'm tired of walking the dog in 13"+ of snow. It's pretty fluffy snow though, so a bit of rain will clean it up pretty fast. Good luck with the Christmas lights.

The only good thing about this early snow is that it provides for good garden blanket. Preventing the ground from freezing too early. A bit of southern warmth & molasses can help to break down fresh additions of OM before the spring time. Otherwise you can keep this friggen snow in Alberta. My lights are up and people are still dropping off leaves in the garden. Something is wrong here. A very late fall season and an early snow squall season has me dreaming of a trip down south. When does spring start!!!!
