hello all i got a question has anyone else been having problems with chatt lately i mean a error message comes up and then cant get back to chatt or is it just my junky puter?

My computer locks up all of the time when I'm using the chat...I assume it's because I have a dial up connection and have to use the "alternate version". I also get an error message, but can generally get back on if I log off first

Stop....update your Explorer or other program you use to operate.

Jessica, I connect to chat thru the alt. version also, and almost never have prblms. xcept a couple times during each auction...but can always get back on quickly....no log off...(dial up here too.) Peace, Wayne
