If you could plant only 4 of these seeds which would you plant and what kind of crosses would you make.

1420 Larue
1446 Eaton
1180 Deltas
1432 Carlson peterson
1058 Papez
500 Beuchimin

1068________X500 = More heavy OTC into 1068
500_________X1068 = Super seed
1443________X1180 = Get more color in + size
1180________X1068 = More size

I would grow the 500, 1432, 1420, and the 1068.
500X1432 WOW, on one side there isnt any bobier, and on the other side there is a lot of bobier.
1432X1068 a nice cross that will have a little 898 and a lot 845/723
1420X1432 a nice 1400 pounder cross with lots of potential for size
1068X500 Cant beat the 1068, and I like the 500.

I'd go for the 1068, 1180, 500 and 1443. The first three are known to grow big and the 1443 just might if given the chance.
As far as crosses, I like the 1068 x 500 and the 1443 x 1180, but I see I don't differ from Alex on that either.
The 1420 and 1432 haven't really done that great yet.

I like these two crosses:
500 X 1432(and/or reverse)-for the reason CowD stated.
500 X 1446(and/or reverse)

Not sure what you mean there Doug.

I like thses seeds and i'm still trying to get a hold of some so I thought i would ask what poeple would do with these seeds if they had a chance to grow them. Now if i added a 712 Kuhn, 1144hester, and 801 stelts to the list
what kind of crosses would you make. (I added the 1144 because if you crossed it with the 712 you might end up with a cross like the 1370 rose.)

1058.8 Papez
1032 Dieffenbaugher (totally 1097)
1084 Langevin (1068 X 1097)

Alex, I was just trying to be funny.
If you had those genetics in your patch, you'd likely be tough competitiion to beat at the weighoffs(I realize genetics are only part of the equation). So I recommended the Big Max, so I would have a better chance of beating you. Don't take my silly advice though. I think better competition will drive us to higher weights here in MN.
