I am looking for a picture of these two pumpkins, and any other information about them. I am most interested in the amount of orange color.

Matt,
I assume you meant the 1054 Howard 04. I looked at a pic of both on the AGGC, and they both were a medium orange color. They looked quite similar to each other in skin color. The 1054 had a nice tall shape.
MoTown Pumpkin Master(Mikkal) has two pics of the 1054 Howard in his diary, dated 11/27/04.
Ron R. has a pic of it in the Photo Gallery, dated 10/23/04.
