Hi. I'm not an official spokesperson or anything, but no announcement has been put here so far so: It is postponed until next Sunday (the 19th) because of bad weather in the forecast for this Sunday. Jim B. called me so I assume he called everybody but I figured I'd put up something incase he left a message and you don't get it. By the way, the 19th is my birthday so now you have to bring me a present! The 723's can be mailed if you won't be going. AleX Noel.

alex noel,
some day this kids gonna shock the giant pumpkin world. i knew itfrom the first weigh off alex attended.
several years ago we had a large crowd and a crap pa system.
alex spent the afternoon running between the scales and the pa announcer with the weights.
but thats not why he will be a champion grower. it only tells you what a good kid and team player he is.
im predicting alex to go over a grand (minimum this year ).
all this from a kid who doesnt even have a vehicle to drive to the weigh offs.
look out world ,make way for alex.

Thanks Dick. 6 months and I drive (limited), 12 months and I'm cruisin in an 80's Ford. If I can get some money that is! LOL! AleX Noel.

I have got to agree 100% on your kind comments about young AleX. I have recently been in regular contact with AleX and his Emails are written with enthusiasm and a maturity of someone much more his senior. He has even contributed his comments and ideas on a thread i started on the European Growers Message Board such is his enthusiasm and 'Team Player' attitude. I too can see a minimum of 1000 Lb's coming from young AleX's Patch this year and deservedly so.
