I hate to start another weather thread, but I'm really bored.

As I sit here, it's approaching the noon hour, and it's 7 F
(-14 C). In years past I've seen flowers coming up in
mid-March, including my garlic coming up at that time as well.
Hard to believe, mid-March is only 4 weeks away...

woke up to a temp of -2 here in Joliet. it's gonna get to a whopping high of of 9 degrees today. the space heaters i bought last year for the greenhouses are running in the family room and my computer room. trying to keep the gas bill down as much as possible. i am glad this artic front will be gone by monday cuz i hate that feeling when your bugars freeze. i went to a Chicago Bears game last year and tailgated in this crap for 4 hours before gametime and then sat in nose bleed seats with the wind whipping off lake michigan. sometimes all you can to is grin and bare it. not literally on the bare it though. lol.

The high yesterday was 7 below.
Got down to 28 below last night.
High of 4 below today.
They're predicting 24 below tonight.
These are actual temperatures, not wind chills. Still gotta be better than that North Dakota weather though. lol!
