Hi all. I haven't seen a few people who used to be regulars here for a while. The first is a German grower, Micheal White (not sure of site name). I traded with him in the past and he used to be here often. I lost many addresses last year and was off this site for about 1.5 years because of school so I missed alot. He used to be a very often mentioned grower. The second is Docgipe (Dwayne Gipe). He seemed to drop from the face of the earth around Christmas. I don't know him in person, but he used to post very good info on organic growing here daily. If anybody knows anything, it's too bad they're not here. Thanks, AleX Noel.

The good ole doc is still around and passes on his great messages from time to time.
Everyone needs a break from time to time....doc must be in his rocking chair just waiting for spring.

Quite a few former regulars have blazed out. Message board burnout is what I think it's called unless personal or professional matters are the cause.

Michel White from Germany returned to the US with his family. I´m sure he will be back here soon with his new address.

Any ideas where kilr is? Jim Kilbert was a frequent poster here a few years ago. I hope all is well with him.

Len Stellpflug has retired from giant pumpkin growing. Last years Oswego NY weigh-off was his final one.

Len S. retired... from pumpkins...lol I will bet he thinks about them all of the time. There are also a lot of the old pioneers or elders of the pumpkin holy grail whom of which we all owe our gratitude toward who are not getting any younger. All I have to say is thank you to all whom have had the generosity to keep the art of giant pumpkins alive throughout the many many years since this hobby first pioneered many years ago, as none of us are getting any younger either, and hopefully all of us together may someday put together maybe a fraction of the accomplishments of Len S...Happy growing
