Hey, we're thinking about having a pumpkin regatta this year at the Nekoosa Giant Pumpkin Fest. Our fest is expanding to two days, and the regatta would be on Sunday (weighoff on Saturday). I'm just looking for any information about regattas, boating, etc. Not necessarily how to make them, but more along the lines of rules, entry forms, regulations, stuff like that, to give us some ideas.
