I noticed that before. Too bad you couldn't have the house, the kid, the wife, and the pumpkin flash in and out too.

It is illegal to claim them as Dill's Atlantic Giants without permission from the Dill's. By claiming them as such, I believe you are guilty of copyright infringment? LOL Just a warning. Would be funny if your add got pulled off of ebay for that one, while the real shister didnt...haha

I thought the patent had expired on the Dill's Atlantic Giant seed. That is the only reason other people can now sell them legally. I only identified it as a Dill's Atlantic Giant because that technically is the correct identity of the seed. Is there also a copyright issue?? Didn't know that...

lol heheheh hahahah now that is funny:) Please buy my seeds to help my one armed nephew! I gave the guy a nice (being sarcastic lol) email myself. I bet he is getting harassed by a lot of ag growers. He's gonna give up the ship soon. Keep up the good work guys! Jimmy

I think after both of the kids arms disapear, his head should disappear and then reappear as a pumpkin.
What I think is peculiar it that when I keep checking his current listings, there are no bidders. But when I check those same listings after they close, there were lots of bidders. Really strange in my opinion.

That's way too funny!
How 'bout this: Learn how to get FREE AG seeds. Winning bidder will receive an e-mail explaining how to aquire a whole bunch of FREE seeds from true AG pumpkins, with genetics capable of possibly making you the next world record holder. (Buy now .50)
Or something like that...May need to state that seeds are free, but postage is not.

His arm needed to be amputated, because of the gangrene in the poor kid's hands. Look!

Regarding the name "Dill's". Howard does have an indefinate copyright on his name. "Atlantic Giant" is probably OK. Either way, I'm sure the Dill's wouldn't have a problem giving permission to use the name "Dill's Atlantic Giant" to a credible seller if contacted in advance.
