I grew a 721 (1104.5 Hester x self) and 675 (1458 Whittier x 1104.5 Hester) in '05. The Barnesville Pumpkin Festival I weighed in at lost track of them...I don't understand why. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these seeds will get some seeds from other or same crosses.. They should be in the Barnesville, Cambridge, Columbus, Wooster, Canton,OH; Wheeling,WV,; West PA area. Don

Don,

Did you come and pick up your pumpkins on Sunday last year or did you leave them to be auctioned off to the general public? Mostly when they auction them off to the public, people just buy them for yard decorations and when they are done with them they chop them up and the trash man comes and takes them away..... I thought from last year when i was watching the auction and bidding that mostly when you bought one, you just had to go and pay the Treasurer and that was the end of it....but i'm not 100% sure....I sold one of my pumpkins last year to some people that i knew, but when they was done carving and decorating with it, i went and got the seeds that they saved for me.......
