The S.O.B. waited until everyone backed off, and there he is again. One sale this time, but evidently he has intentions of selling his "giant" Big Max seeds.

No ammo to sell here. Plus, I have my farmer customers looking to go into the field soon. GO GET THE BASTARD!

According to his feedback he's sold 5 seed packs this month alone. He never stopped. Bruce's house is back too.

The feedback this month is probably from earlier sales. People don't usually leave feedback until the item actually arrives.

"Big Bad Murphy" thinks nobody can touch him. Hopefully enough people will stay involved with this and eventually shut him down and defeat his ego.

Perhaps this man needs "too" many bidders,,?
Bidders who are aware of his fraud, and have no intention of buying. Thus preventing the "innocent" from being taken.
Seeing that Ebay controls most of the bidding process,"Max Fraud" could only pull the auction.

A wealthy friend was sick of a local auctioneer taking bids from people who do not exist.
So he started to bid like a madman.
He had no intention of buying.
Two weeks later the auctioneer called, and my friend told him to sell it to the phantom back-up bidders.
The auctioneer still is a crook,,,but he had to redoo a few auctions, and that cost him CASH.

Wouldn't it take only one really high bid to stop anyone else from bidding? Why waste a lot of time by doing multiple false bids? Why not just one big one and shut it off. In fact that one bidder could put the fake bid in on everything being offered. By the time he was discovered to be a phony the time would have run out on everything else put up for sale?

as an ebay 'seller', Murphy can reject any bidder.if he thinks that someone is posting a suspiciously high bid, he can pull that bid out and still award the second highest bidder with the winning auction.so don't bid too high. I think that he also reads these posts.

Does anyone know what New Hampshire State fair that he is talking about? Maybe the New Hampshire State Police might look into this as "Fraud" or "Misrepresentation of a State event". There must be a Lawyer willing to look into this.

You guys should try giving the Better Business Burou a call and have them investigate "BBM" ("Big Bad Murphy") for fraud. I'm sure they would be dying to nail him.

Folks, with the way that bidding works on eBay, you couldn't make an enormous bid unless others also bid below you. When you enter a bid, you are entering the maximum that you are willing to pay. As other bid, eBay will automatically bids for you up to that point. So, you couldn't do it without co-conspirators who don't mind having their eBay accounts yanked.

DJMurphy has blocked all of my bidding. I don't know HOW he did it. But he did.

My prizewinner seeds are re-listed. Made sure I called Murphy out and did a shameless plug for bp.com
