I'll guess Quinn Werner, with a wieght of 1489 lbs.
He's about due for a huge one to hold together.

I am going to guess that it may be a relatively unknown non-heavy hitter. Say 1480ish.

I'm not suggesting the 1332 lber. Quinn grew last year wan't huge. Just to clarify.

Ill go out on a limb and say Gary Checkon takes the world record back to back beating his own record by 50 lbs at 1519........ with my 699 seed of course. ;-)

i am gonna do it.
582 Hester, behind the old garage, with nothing but
Mushroom compost and powdered molasses added to
soil that last year made the 895.5 Hester plant
grow like there was no tomorrow. and, plenty of serious and
intensive vine management and Myco on high!
or, maybe the 842 Eaton, in spot #1. right next to the
spring-fed water pipe, lol....

i am suddenly without a name for who i predict to grow the next WR; As with the Lottery, hey, you never know.....

If Larry or Gerry Checkon can get a 1354 to weight on the chart, watch out for 1600 lbs.

I'm betting an Ontario grower comes out with the next world record. Al Eaton, Bob Mackenzie or one of the many other good growers. Too many to choose from, but I'm convinced that it will be grown in Ont. As for the weight, my guess will be 1485#.

I think Jack Larue will do it on the 1180 Daletas.

I think it will be the person with the highest earthworm count who also has a decent frog population, and beneficial insect counts, working within the patch. That brings it down, to a half dozen or so growers approaching conditions and practices that enable stronger biological factors, to bloom, and to grow the ultimate end result.
