I'm growing it. Came up no problem. It's my second healthiest looking seedling, only surpased by the Checkon 1469. (see diary photos).

It looks like in the grower diaries that two different growers (J.D. and Sweden-Gustavsson) were having issues with double leaves on the 1233 Reiss. Sweden-Gustavasson also had problems with multiple tendrils and a flat vine. Now I am starting to worry as I patiently wait for my 1233 to germinate.

I've got one 1233.5 Reiss plant that should get planted in the next couple of days. It looks normal so far.

After a rough start the 1233 is all normal as of today. The first foot of the main had small double and even one triple leaf formations. I have no explanation as to why the plant suddenly corrected itself. Other than the fact the plant saw me coming at it with a knife and felt compelled to get straighten itself out quickly.

Mine went into the patch looking as good as any I have ever planted. It's my only plant this year. Living, on the edge. :)
