a friend of mine is have trouble with trying to register to Big Pumpkins. He has never received an email with password, and keeps trying to send email to the server for help but no response he also keeps getting a mailerror persists....(something like that) from the "forgot your password page."

Anyone else having this type of error? Anything thoughts for remedying it?

I had the same problem but just tell him to email Ken or john, they hooked me up. Good luck!

If John & Ken don't respond before you read this, you might try deleting all cookies. Then try again.

Has anyone come up with any solution to this problem, we are still having trouble with my friends new log in. This is unfortunate. Can someone else try emailing John and asking his if he could post what the problem might be. We are not getting any response back.
