Does anybody know the rate of this product?

Jim,

Phytophthora Root Rot = Drench = 1 oz per 2 gallons - then apply 1 Quart per plant.

Downey Mildew = 1.5 oz per gallon per 1000 sq ft.

1 Quart per plant for Phyto is assuming you're treating the small transplants right now. Later in the season the required volume increases as the root-zone expands.
