Yes.

But I recommend Merit as a soil drench (4 teasoons per 1000 sq ft). Talstar goes on the leaves as a contact spray (.25-.5 oz per gallon). So in my own program I never combine the two.

Merit can be used as a foliar spray.

In combination I would use:

Merit 75WP = ONE QUARTER TEASPOON per 2.5 gallons
Talstar One = ONE HALF OZ per 2.5 gallons
