Is Compass (granular) a pre-plant or in-season fungicide?
Also, what is the preferred amount per gallon of water?
Thanks;

Trifloxystrobin 50% (Flint & Compass) is .5 grams per gallon per 1000 sq ft. It is not a soil systemic. It is a foliar applied local systemic.
