ohhh Sure just because they say that..I bet we still have problems..Better make copies of that, and send them with the seeds.

linus not something we need worry about the foriegn seed traders will have learn to follow the new rules. Just remember not to let check clear before get seeds.

Looks to me like the US importer needs to get the permit. The online application form should help to make it fairly easy.
