Laid down some Warrior T yesterday evening at 7:00 pm. Received an inch of rain today around 3:00 pm.

Should I respray before the 21 day residual period is up?

Once it has dried it is water fast. Like Bart said - don't reapply.

Jamie,Im sure you know already but becareful with that stuff,its good stuff but burnt my leaves really easy last year,It takes about 2 or 3 days before you notice your leaves being fried.
