What kind of a critter would dig up a plant and drag it 3 or 4 ft ? Nothing was eaten ! Lost 2 AGS, a summer squash, 1 cuke and 2 Dahlias. Any help with this would be really appreciated ! Thanks !!!!!

I heard that Shannon has just released a new batch of Patch Elephants. The new 'Engel' breed of Patch elephant's come equiped with shovels therefor you may need to capture that Patch Elephant and confiscate the shovel !!!

One area is fenced off. So that eliminates the dog answer ! But the main area where the Ags are is not ! Could this be Felines at work ? Also used fish emulsion on some plants but not others. Replanted some stuff and 1 AG plus 1 summer Squash shows a little life !

Crows, of two varieties, Boat Tailed Grackle, Cowbird, and Starlings have been known to pull seedlings looking for the seed. If it is real dry the small four footed critters come into possible play.
Use something like a garbage can lid and put in a ground level watering hole, for your critters. Keep it clean and fresh. Blast it with water every day or so to keep down the skeeters.
