A buddy of mine from this site (1320) Jamie "the Wex" Wexler sent me a email and a picture of 4 females in a row on a 845 Bosworth hes growing. He told me they all opened up on the same day and all had 5 lobes, he also said he had 6 other females on side vines that opened the same day also. I was like,,, Danggggg!! Thats alot of females to be opening in one day!!!! He then emailed me back and told me that that wasnt all the females on this plant, he said he had 4 more females on the main vine that hasnt opened yet! thats 8 females in a row on the main vine and 6 on side vines!!,LOL. NOW THATS ALOT OF FEMALES!!,lol
I was talking to a buddy from work about this because hes also growing the 845, he said he also has every bit or more females on the main and secondaries as "Wex" (1320)does. Could this be genetics or just coincidence? My 845 plant doesnt have this many females and none in a row like this ether.
Thought this was kinda neat all these female flowers all on one plant, whats the most you have seen or heard of before?

Fascinating! Is he having an unusual amount of males as well?
If so - what fertilizer is he using?
I've got males developing/opening on EVERY single plant - even the weak little guys. At EVERY leaf internode. And I've been pruning MANY developing females (plants aren't big enough yet!!)... Figured it's because I hit the patch with a high Iron + Sulphur + Mg + Ca - dose early in the season...

The 845 Boz now has 12 females in a row on the main and a total of 16 on the first four secondaries (2 seconds per side.) Only two males so far....boy, are they having fun!

Yep it has been a horrific female year here too. I had one on the first joint, of the first secondary and they just kept a popping. I did not count them. We cull them because they suck energy and attract insects as do all flowers that are not needed. I can surely not challenge your counts based on what I have seen this year.
