I'm due for a spraying of Compass/Daconil. Next three day forecast is for 98 - 100 degrees. Can I spray at dusk (9:00) and be O.K. for the next day? Or is it just too hot no matter what time one sprays. I'd hate to risk disease with the accompanying high humidity/dew points.

You're OK at dusk if it's cool & the plants are dry by morning.

Can Daconil and Sevin mix together and be ok or is that not cool?

You can mix Sevin & Daconil but since they are both higher dose chemicals (than Quadris/Warrior for example) the temperature risk increases.
