I just covered my patch with clear plastic to solarize my soil. I soaked the soil good before I covered with plastic. If I leave the plastic on for four to six weeks, do I need to apply any more water later? Charlie

I let a vine grow about two feet over an area where I had clear plastic.

The leaves on that little section of the plant got fried, while the rest of the plant is fine.
