What was the lesson you learned Roger? Where my patch is it gets a fair amount of wind, especially when we get a thundersorm, I'm not sure the typical shade structure is a good idea for me. I like the idea of the sheets, do you leave them on 24 hours a day? I have some hospital room curtains I got for free that might work well. I also thought about burlap.

Check my 05 diary it tells the story/ air fungus dosent like it, and yes 24/7 unless i need to tend them 108 heat index, and still going not burnt.

hey moondog, just buy 3/4" emt , cut in half, push/hammer in ground, slip 1/2" into 3/4 inch, then screw/duct tape together
