Not sure to make of this, my leaves are turning brown at the edges, then the entire leaf and then dying. We have had some 98-100 degree days with humidity of about 75-85%. I installed 20' of shade cloth over the patch near one of my pumpkins and increased the time on the sprinklers by about 2-3 minutes per cycle with the increase being in the middle of the day when my plants tend to flag.

Any thoughts on what this is or what I can do to stop this? I can email you some pictures if needed. Thanks!

I lost the pumpkin I had growing, it was about 20 pounds and it has not shown any appreciable growth, the skin is showing spots and it soft in some areas. Disappointed to say the least....

Got down and dirty this morning, culled the entire plant. I was inspecting it and found frass in several places which I think contributed to the bacteria wilt that was slowly taking over the plant. AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!

Luckily the summer time temps down here do not end until around mid-October so I am starting over again. I am going to cover the patch with black plastic bags for about a week to super heat the soil and kill any fungus or insects in it.
