Well, although my season has unfortunately ended my mom has a pretty good one going. I gave her a seed from the 601 Gardner and she more or less just stuck it in the ground. Like me she had never planted an AG before. Yesterday was it's 26th day at 82" circumference. Now keep in mind that this plant is not planted in anything but regular old clay type garden soil and the only fert it has had is a few shots of Miracle Gro. I know it may not do a lot more under the circumstances but I can't help but be proud of her. Heck she has already beat me! I have posted a photo of her with her pumpkin on my diary. Please take a look!!! GO MOM!
