Any thoughts on how long to keep cooling females after pollination?? One day,Two days?? Im in SW Missouri and the temperatures have been brutal.

a couple of days with the styrofoam cooler with ice over the top, then maybe just the cooler for a few more days

Try a peltier junction.
AKA solid state travel cooler.
A car battery,and or a small solar panel could be used as the power source.
Be sure to shade the hot side of the peltier junction.
