Just wondering what you all do with your left-over Round-up. Do you just randomly spray the rest or do you go over to the neighbors and start killing their weeds?

feed it to your dog, :->
I would save it if you can, there are always weeds popping up, and you may want a second aplication on some stubborn weeds. failing that I am sure the neighbors would love if you kille their weeds for them

Wait a minute, feeding it to your dog may be a good idea. If you can train him to only pee on weeds, it saves you all the labour of walking around and spraying.

I always estimate the amount of total diluted Round-Up i will need for the time of spraying therefor rarely have any left over in the sprayer. However, there have been occasions when someone else has mixed up to much and not used it and it has remained in the sprayer for 3,4 or 5 weeks. When this left over solution was eventually used there was no noticable weakening of the solution and weeds died off in the usual time span. To keep any left over solution ensure the sprayer, or container, it is to be stored in is kept in a cool dark place and well marked with red permanent marker (if stored in a container) that the container has Round-Up in it.
Hope that helps. Regards Mike

Ditto what Mike said. Mix only what is needed. Spray anything left over behind the garage where some unwanted vegetation always seems to be volunteering.
