Congrats Jeff. Keep up the good work. I hope this one works out for you. Don't know the heaviest at day 30. I had one going for 600+ at day 30 but the plant went down and only made 492.

Did you find a way to get that thing propped up? Diana tells me you're concerned about it falling over.

Jeff, can you tells us what seed you planted, how old the whole plant is, maybe its overall size in sq/ft and what you have done to this point in terms of fetilization and watering. The more information you can share with us, the better we can all understand how to grow the really huge ones, which you definitetly have on your hands. You are averaging 20.3 pounds a day!! Incredible jeff!!!

Those are impressive 30 day numbers! If the plant is healthy and stays healthy you have a dandy going. Keep your fingers crossed. Our best wishes over the next ten days. If you get there without serious problems sit back and enjoy a great grow.

Im just figure out some folks get those huge lbs per day? I maybe get 10lbs per day. So my girl is 200+ at 35 days. Will she keep up the 10lbs per day? Or will she slow down?

Jeff, Keep that pumpkin upright my man!! Dont let that bad boy tip over onto the vine.Looks like a tall wagon wheel pumpkin,What are you doing to keep it upright besides raising the main vines as it grows? Probably nothing eles you can do besides that is there?

I talked to Jeff today, it sounds like tipping isn't going to be a problem, which is a real good thing. But how the heck am I supposed to get excited about a 15 pound gain on my pumpkin when there's a 700 pound pumpkin down the road that's putting on over 50 a day? Frig that. I know where he lives. How many truckloads of soil do you think I could get out of there before he notices?

Can you imagine, there are probably less than 500 hundred people in the entire world who give a crap about what Jeff Reid has growing in his back yard! We are a goofy bunch. Good luck Jeff.
Chad
PS: I'm looking for a 1420 Larue if anybody has a spare! LOL
