Can anyone tell me why my pumpkins started out growing really well and now they have stalled out? It has been very hot and dry here, but I try to keep plenty of water on them.

I've always noticed that too much N in the ferts have stalled min ein the past. Disease, especially root disease like fusarium, pythium to be the culprit. Also too much water is not good especially if you have clay type soil. Don
