Our overnight temps are starting to show fall is on the way, lows to be in the upper 50's at night for the next 10 days with daytime highs around 80.
When do you start covering the fruit with blankets to help hold even temps?

Wow, I'd kill for the upper 50's for an overnight low. Last two nights, we had 4 degrees Celcius, or 39 Farenheit. A bit nippy this morning. I just blanket them every night, even when it doesn't get that cold. I stop when our lows hit 20C, or about 70F. This happens 2-3 nights a year for us. Alan

Dan..i break out the blankets for anything below 60 degrees usually....I wont cover if it rains however, but if i have to cover and its going to rain, i make sure the blankets do not get wet.
