I remember looking through one of Don's pumpkin books where he rubbed his pumpkins down with bleach and water to prevent infection. What is the formula?
Also, if I wash them down with Daconil solution will it prevent the same things?
Cool and rainy here the last two days, I will have to watch for signs of rot now. I am worried about the blemishes on my biggest fruit, they are all blotchy and cantaloped, and I don't know if they will get sick.
Wind and rain tore my shade/rain shelters all to hell and the pumpkins are exposed to a nice, unneeded, soaking rain.
