If you take your pumpkin to the County Fair and win a prize can you also take the same pumpkin to a different weigh-off? What are the rules in this regard?

In my area, there are no rules prohibiting this. The only rules is that it has to be over 150lbs - and from that county and/or surrounding counties..
Granted, I've never entered one (have entered with poultry in previous years.) . I just read the fair booklets - and take the kids along.

Elk Grove, Half Moon Bay, Auburn, and Salinas all prohibit previously weighed pumpkins. I believe that most weigh-offs do not allow double-dipping. This is to prevent the guy with the biggest pumpkin in the state from winning all the weigh-offs in the area.
