Link anywhere showing how to prepare the seeds harvested from these monsters? I couldn't find one on the web site.

Clean and dry them all first. After a few weeks let each seed drop onto a table, it´s easy to hear the hollow ones compared to the good seeds. I don´t think this method will work before they are all dry, too early right now.

After removing the seeds from the flesh, I place them in a kitchen strainer under a cold running tap and let them run through my fingers several times until the "slime" is gone. Let them rinse, then place them between towels. I usually put them on top of a closet after. It´s the warmest place in the room and the seeds can slowly dry for some weeks.

Geneva Emmons taught me to drop a seed on a table or countertop. A good seed will bounce better and make a heartier sound than a bad seed. Geneva tests all her seeds this way. It's easy to tell once you've dropped a few. And, I'd say she's dropped a few.
