I can almost hear Mr. Sinatra singing now. "And now the end is near, and so I face the final curtain..." (I am such a bad singer the dogs even howl at my typing)Went out yesterday to do my usual gardening and when I looked at our larger pumpkin, It was soft in the middle portion different colored and had a line or something all across the circumferance and had mold over about 1/4 of the pumpkin. Not a single sign or symptom before that. But even though it is growing at a snail's pace, at least we have one more pumpkin. Maybe it will make it to october.

Bet you were kind of hoping that someone might of had an idea on what it could have been or what might have caused it.
