My big pumpkin is currently a creamy white with no signs of turning orange or even faint yellow. Is it a squash or a pumpkin with this color?
I have current pictures in my diary.

Squmpkin.....
Later on, rub some olive oil on it and the colour (if there is any) will come out of it.
Look in Lawman's diary last year, he had a pale, butt ugly looking thing sitting on his vine till he started daily applications of olive oil and it turned out to be a great big orange thing!!

as long as it is not green/blue it is considered a pumpkin.

It's a pumpkin. When was it pollinated? It'll turn orange when it's done growing so be careful what you wish for.
I wouldn't rub oil on it until just prior to or after the intended harvest day.

July 12 was the pollination, so not quite 50 days yet.
Olive oil, hmmm. How do you guys come up with this stuff? lol.

Mine is not as bright white like Lawmens. Hard to describe, more off white or cream.

Like I said, later on rub some olive oil on it and the colour will come out. I'm not suggesting it now, like the Lawman did it, just prior to harvest and just after to bring the orange out of it.
