I have a pumpkin set and it is a little loose on the flower side. The rest is nice and yellow, rock-hard and getting larger. I have not taped it because I would probably slice the vine and jynx it. The plant is pristine and healthy. Any experience? I have a few weeks to the weigh-off. Another thing. Should I be hitting it (carefully with potash? I used organics all year with great luck. I used an over the counter bug and fungus ortho product as little as possible, Coccadoodle doo, fish and seaweed overspray, calcium, micronutrients and humate. I left out the molasses because of bugs and fungus. Suggestions?
