Not to highjack your posting but I'd like emails for Heidi Klum, Anna Kornikova, Shania Twain, Pamela Anderson, Cindy Crawford. Kristy Brinkley, Tyra Banks, Elle Macpherson, Cheryl Tiegs, Rachael Hunter, Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Anniston.

There is a whole bunch of others that I'd like but I'm pretty sure that it is not cool to give out other people's email addresses to strangers......

Many of these growers are very hesitant to post here at BP just so that their email addresses WON'T be known by too many people. They get inundated with seed & "how to" requests.

Networking gently will yield results. Perhaps joining some Grower's Associations will start the ball rolling.

Don't pester these guys. They may have great reputations for growing the giants, but like stated above, give it time to find them.

You can always find seeds with their line in them. Plus, if you want seeds from a famous pumpkin grower, get them right from Howard Dill, the guy who started the breed.

Joel Holland has a whole website www.hollandsgiants.com and there are contact email addresses there. I think you can find some of what you want by looking around some more and as Steve said, networking and joining associations.

i am not looking for seeds acually, i am going to do some reasurch on the growth and gineticts of giant pumpkins and thought i would start on some of the hevy hitters.

Several of those emails you can find just by searching on the net, others probably don't even have email, some of them don't grow any more and as Andy said some are no longer with us. Joel Holland sounds like a good place to start as he has a website of his own. I've exchanged some emails with Joel, he was always very friendly. You can also contact Danny Dill, Howard's son, through their website as well. Danny is also a nice guy who has always replied to my emails.
