Friday,Oct,13th 2006 The Pumpkinshow has been selected as one of 3 stories to be pitched on CBS Evening News with Katie Couric's Assignment America tonight . Each Friday they present 3story pitches and viewers get to vote for the story they think sounds most interesting . Whitchever story gets the most votes by 12am ET on Sunday is the winner and CBS News Correspondent Steve Hartman will come and feature it next Friday . Everyone vote ,it only takes a second. If the Circleville pumpkin show gets enough votes they will be there filming next week.By the way if anyone has a chance to make it to the Pumpkin Show next week I'd like to recomend youd come on out. This is going to be the 100th Circleville Pumpkin Show. The dates will be 10/18 - 10/21 , with the weigh off starting at 10:00am on the 18th .
