Hey guys...
I'm looking for growers who are willing to have their contact info given to Longwood Gardens. I'm an Intern there, and have been talking to employees who coordinate the fall events to try to get some larger pumpkins on display for next year. I think they are most interested in growing their own giant pumpkins, or having a contract grower grow them, so would probably be contacting people looking for seeds.
The giant pumpkins they had on display this year weren't even 100 pounds, so my goal is to get them on the right track before my internship is completed in December.
I will also be giving them some area club website addresses, BP of course, and some names of carvers.
